As part of a multiyear effort to improve our board governance and impact, ISACA® has recruited expertise to serve on the board and help ISACA reach new heights. The mix of ISACA global and chapter leadership expertise plus the leadership and industry expertise of the new board directors will bring valuable and diverse perspectives that will make ISACA even better.
The 2020-21 ISACA board of directors will be installed via a virtual Annual General Meeting on 10 June. Members will be notified soon about how to join that meeting.
The new board chair will be Tracey Dedrick, a senior executive experienced in risk, compliance, treasury and investor relations. Dedrick is among ISACA’s current directors, and she previously was executive vice president and head of enterprise risk management for Santander Holdings US, where she was responsible for enterprise, operational and market risk for the Americas.
